Piece cutting inspection: check if the nap direction of the cut pieces is consistent, if the cut pieces match the pattern pieces, and if there are any significant discrepancies between the top layer and bottom layer.

Stitching inspection:when stitching, the two fabric pieces must align, and the stitches should be even, without variations in width, especially for circular and curved cut pieces. Check if the fabric label is reversed and prevent the label text from being sewn into the seam. Look out for missed or skipped stitches.

Needle detector testing: use a needle detector to identify any metal objects remaining in plush toys or clothing items, ensuring the safety and quality of the finished products.
